Cooling Pond Breach
The main cooling pond, which holds water for use in natural gas plant operations, it is visible on the right of the photo and is releasing to the Neuse River, which is outside of the frame on the left. An engineering team has developed repair plans which will be implemented as soon as it is safe to do so.
