Example of Erosion in Inactive Basin
This image, taken during inspections on Oct. 15, shows small ribbons of material that were carried by flood waters over the top of the inactive basin berm. The state team that inspected the facility determined that the amount of ash that moved would not even fill the bed of an average pickup truck.
